FAQ's

Any 10 members of the Association residing in a given locality (city, province, etc.) may form a local branch of the IIS Alumni Association with the approval of the Regional Chapter and the Central Executive Committee. Should you wish to establish a local chapter group, please contact the Alumni Relations Coordinator at alumni@iis.ac.uk.

Any 25 members of the Association residing in a given country or region may form a Regional Chapter of the IIS Alumni Association with the approval of the Central Executive Committee and within the by-laws of the Association. Should you wish to establish a chapter group, please contact the Alumni Relations Coordinator at alumni@iis.ac.uk.

IIS Alumni are individuals who have completed a human resource development programme at or sponsored by the IIS: (a) Waezeen and Teacher Education Programme (1980–1991); (b) Collaborative IIS-McGill Programme (1983–1991); (c) Post Graduate diploma course in Curriculum Writing at the Institute of Education; (d) Graduate Programme in Islamic Studies and Humanities (1994–present), including the third year Masters’ degree; and (e) Secondary Teacher Education Programme (2007-present).
