Board of Trustees

In 2018 the IIS became a registered charity in the UK. The Board of Trustees is the principal governing body, responsible for setting the strategic direction and policies governing all aspects of the IIS’s activities. It has a legal obligation to act in the best interests of the IIS and is responsible for approving all budgets and operational plans. The Trustees are:

Board of Governors

The Board of Governors is a sub-committee of the Board of Trustees with delegated responsibility for the operational oversight of the organisation as defined in and regulated by the IIS’s Articles of Association.

IIS has policies in place to ensure that it maintains a high standard in all that it does.and support our responsibility as a charity and as a higher education and academic research institution.
