The Ismaili Texts and Translations Series, published by the IIS in association with I.B. Tauris and Bloomsbury, is pleased to announce the appointment of its new editorial board.

The areas of expertise of the editorial board members cover a wide spectrum of fields and skills relevant to the edition and translation of Ismaili texts from various historical periods and intellectual trends. We are deeply grateful both to the new members and to those who have served on the previous board and who thus ensure continuity in its work. We are delighted to welcome them and look forward to working with them.
Our sincere thanks and deep appreciation for their long and productive service go to our outgoing members, Professors Mehdi Mohaghegh and Roy Mottahedeh, as well as to the late Professors Abbas Hamdani and Wilferd Madelung. Their expertise, advice and commitment to the highest standards of scholarship have ensured the overall success of the series.
The Ismaili Texts and Translations Series was established in 2000 and has published 25 titles to date. The series is unique in the field of Islamic Studies and aims at providing reliable editions and translations of Ismaili works to the scholarly and broader readership. In addition to manuscript libraries around the world, a rich collection of Ismaili manuscripts in the holdings of the Ismaili Special Collections Unit offers an ample source of material and inspiration for the projects submitted to the Series.
