As the Aga KhanA title granted by the Shah of Persia to the then Ismaili Imam in 1818 and inherited by each of his successors to the Imamate. Library Coordinator, Pedro oversees all library operations. He is also exploring new partnerships and collaborative projects with other educational institutions in the United Kingdom and abroad. Pedro holds postgraduate and undergraduate degrees in Library and Information Science from the University of Granada, Spain, and an MA in Librarianship from the University of Sheffield.
In 2016, Pedro started working at the Aga Khan Library, managing all library systems, electronic resources and digital services. Pedro created the Aga Khan Library Digital Collections platform and is currently working on developing the Aga Khan Library website.
